Delete your Aqary State account
You can request deletion of your account and personal data from the Aqary State app and website, owned by Perfecto IT Solutions.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form with your name and the email or phone number on your account.
- We review the request and may contact you to confirm you own the account.
- We delete the account within 7 business days and let you know when it is done.
From the app
Open the Aqary State app → Account → Settings → Delete account. Or email us at info@aqarystate.com
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your personal data: name, email, phone number and photo
- Your property listings and their photos
- Your saved properties
- Notification registrations and sign-in sessions on all devices
What we may keep
- A record of the deletion request itself, as proof it was carried out
- Technical and security logs for up to 90 days, then deleted
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify you, such as page view counts
Deletion is permanent. You will not be able to recover your account or listings afterwards.
