Start on the Properties page. Choose sale or rent, property type, city and neighbourhood, then set your price and area range. On mobile, open the filter button to see the options. If results are limited, widen the area or remove some filters.

Open the property page and select “Reveal Phone” to see the number supplied by the advertiser. Ask about availability, the final price, sale or rental terms and a viewing. Platform support helps with the website; the advertiser confirms property details.

Sign in and select the heart on a property card or the save button on its page. Find saved properties under Favorites in your account menu. Saving a property does not reserve it or guarantee its continued availability.

Prices and currencies are supplied by advertisers. Listings may use Israeli new shekels (ILS), Jordanian dinars (JOD) or US dollars (USD). Confirm the currency, whether rent is monthly or for another period, and any additional charges. An unusual or placeholder price needs clarification and is not a confirmed final price.

Sign in and choose “Add Property”. Enter the type, purpose, location and price, then add clear photos, an accurate description and a suitable contact number. Review the information before submitting and follow the listing in My Properties.

Required fields are marked in the form. Details such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and other features are optional and vary by property type. Only add information you actually have. Review any automatically suggested title or description before submitting; do not include features the property does not have.

Listings are reviewed before public display and may need more information. Open My Properties to follow your listing and use the available editing options. Update changes to price and availability. Contact us if you need help taking a listing offline or understanding its review status.

Basic listing submission is free under the current service. Additional services, marketing, any commission and account-specific limits are subject to agreement. Ask for the price, scope, duration and cancellation or refund conditions before accepting. Publishing a property alone does not mean accepting an unagreed commission.

Owners, authorized representatives and real estate offices can publish properties they have authority to offer, with accurate information about their role. Contact us about marketing cooperation or office services. Benefits, costs and scope are subject to agreement; creating an account does not confer accreditation.

You can search and browse properties without an account. Create one to save favorites and add or manage your properties. The platform is available in Arabic, English and Turkish; change the language through the site menu.

Choose a username in English letters that meets the field requirements; availability is checked when saving. Select a suggestion or enter your own. Use the username update option in My Account. Your username is separate from your first and last names.

In My Account, open profile editing to change the available details, or choose Change Photo and select a file within the stated type and size requirements. Review the preview and save your changes. Changing your email may require verification.

Check your email, password and keyboard language. For a security verification error, refresh and retry after checking your connection and allowing reCAPTCHA to load. If it continues, send support the error text and time it occurred, without passwords or verification codes.

Aqary State is owned and operated by Perfecto Group in Türkiye. It provides tools to publish and find properties and communicate about them. Displaying a listing alone does not make the platform a party to a sale or rental contract or create a transaction guarantee. Additional services are subject to their own agreements.

No. Content review does not verify ownership or guarantee price, property condition or the advertiser's authority. Before paying or signing, inspect the property and verify the other party's identity, authority and relevant documents. Seek independent professional help when needed.

Send the listing link and a clear explanation through our contact page, with helpful information but no sensitive data. Reports may concern inaccurate details, unavailable properties or images used without permission. For fraud or immediate danger, also contact the relevant authority.

Listing details, photos and the designated contact number may be visible to visitors and indexed by search engines. A reveal button does not make a phone number confidential. To make a data request or request account deletion, contact us using your account email and describe the request. Identity checks may be needed, and some records may have to be retained by law.
