This policy explains how the Aqary State website handles information associated with accounts, property listings, communications and related website services. It does not replace a separate policy for an application or external service. Direct privacy questions to the Aqary team through our contact page.
Information you provide
Account information includes your first and last names, username, email, telephone number and profile image if supplied. Listings include location, price, area, features, images, description and the contact number you choose. We also process saved properties, comments and support messages to provide their functions. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive financial information in a listing or comment.
Operational and security information
Our systems may record IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, pages and errors to operate the service, diagnose faults and limit abuse. Session cookies and storage technologies support sign-in and preferences such as language and appearance. This information is not all published to visitors.
How information is used
We use information to manage accounts, publish and search listings, save favorites, enable communication, review content and reports, protect accounts and answer support requests. Where legal requirements apply, processing depends on the purpose and may rely on providing the service, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. This notice describes practices; it is not automatic consent to optional tracking.
What other people can see
Listing details, images, location and its designated contact number are available through the public interface; search engines may index public pages. A phone number revealed by a button is not confidential. Property comments are available to their author and the property owner, with access for authorized administrators for moderation and support. Other ordinary commenters cannot see your comments. This feature is not end-to-end encryption.
Cookies and Google AdSense
Aqary uses Google AdSense in enabled advertising placements. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads according to applicable settings and consent. Use the link below to manage Google ad personalization; browser settings also control cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in. Other advertising partners may use cookies according to AdSense settings. Turning off personalization does not turn off all advertising.
Measurement and optional tracking
After you accept optional tracking on the main domain, Google tools measure visits and advertising, Hotjar helps understand usage, and Meta Pixel measures advertising interactions. These providers may process device, page, interaction and cookie information under their own policies. You can refuse optional tracking or change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. This preference is stored for up to six months; withdrawing consent stops subsequent loading and does not delete previously collected data. Google's advertising choices remain separate.
External services and disclosure
Hosting, operational and security providers may access information needed for their tasks. Protected forms use Google reCAPTCHA to assess request risks; it may process technical information and use cookies under Google's policies. Opening WhatsApp or an advertiser's link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Information may be disclosed as needed to meet legal obligations, address fraud or protect rights.
Retention, transfers and security
Retention needs depend on account and listing status, processing purposes, security records and legal obligations. Removing content from public display does not immediately remove every backup or search-engine copy. External providers may process data in other countries depending on their operations, subject to required legal safeguards. We use appropriate protective measures, but no transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit available account information and manage listings and favorites. To request access, correction, account or data deletion, objection or restriction where available under applicable law, contact us with your account email and the type of request. Proportionate identity checks may be necessary; legal obligations may require retention of some records. Where an advertising consent interface is available, review your choices there; Google's settings do not replace site-specific consent choices.
Eligibility and updates
The service is intended for adults legally able to use property services and is not directed at people under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We update this policy when practices change, show its revision date, and provide notices or seek consent when required.
